If we humans like to do one thing without getting bored then it will be eating our favourite food. But, overeating can lead to the problems of obesity, and according to a global health study, it’s been found that the majority of the dangerous Cancers causes because of obesity. A recent study done on a worldwide platform indicates that problems like obesity are the main culprit behind 4 percent of the world’s total cancer. In this case study, it’s been found that those people who have higher income and follows unhealthy work routines have higher chances of getting obese and the country like the USA falls into that category. It’s been observed that the percentage of obesity is increasing in the USA because many citizens are not following a healthy diet due to which many obese people are getting diagnosed with different types of Cancers.

One of the major reasons behind obesity is the laziness and unhealthy routines which people follow, and unfortunately, many Americans live such kind of inactive life. On the other hand, Southeast Asian countries which are more active than the US have a lower percentage of patients of cancer. In wealthy and inactive countries like the USA, more than 7 per cent of the population gets diagnosed with cancer because of obesity. More importantly these numbers are increasing every year which indicates how many inactive Americans are living in the country.

The researchers of this case study believe that the percentage of obesity is getting higher in western countries and there needs to be more health awareness among these people. Became obesity has always been a significant health problem for the USA and other western counties citizens. However, obesity does not bring only dangerous diseases like cancer, but also many overweight peoples suffer from the problems of diabetes or high blood pressure. Many health programs are organised by the government every year, but it seems like they are not having any positive impact on people.
